The next lunch meeting of the Kitchener Waterloo Intellectual Property Group is being held on Thursday, August 28th.
At this meeting, Mr. Sharad Vadehra, a partner and patent and trademark attorney with the firm of Kan and Krishme will provide a presentation on the state of patent law in India. Sharad is a senior patent attorney with a background in chemistry and biochemistry and over 20 years of experience in handling both domestic and international patent matters.
