After a long break, the next lunch meeting of the Kitchener Waterloo Intellectual Property Group is being held on Wednesday, February 25, 2009. At this meeting, various members of the KWIPG will provide short presentations on several recent developments in patent law, including the patentability of software and business methods in light of Bilski, the effect of Sanofi on the test for anticipation in Canada, and proposed changes to the Canadian patent rules.
