We are delighted to announce that the next meeting of the KWIPG will be on Friday, May 28, 2010. Unlike the usual lunchtime meeting, this will be a breakfast seminar.
CIPO will be providing an updated viewpoint of what is happening in the world of intellectual property, including comments on obviousness, trade-mark modernization and the Madrid protocol. There will also be a time for questions and interaction following the presentation.
