We are delighted to present The Honourable Roger T. Hughes, Q.C., of the Federal Court of Canada, who will be speaking at the next KWIPG lunch on November 11, 2009.
Prior to his appointment to the Federal Court in June 2005, Justice Hughes was one of Canada’s preeminent intellectual property litigators, practicing in Toronto with Sim, Hughes, Ashton & McKay, Sim & McBurney, and Bennett Jones LLP.
Justice Hughes will be discussing intellectual property law in Canada, including his thoughts on the sufficiency of disclosure requirements for patents.
