The next meeting of the KW IPIC Informals Group will be on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 pm in the main boardroom on the 3rd floor of the Coldwell Banker building at 508 Riverbend Drive.
At this meeting, Justine Wiebe, a partner with Bereskin & Parr, will be talking about recent changes to Canadian trade mark law and practice, relating to opposition proceedings, disclaimers and official marks.
There will be a $15 charge for this event to cover the cost of lunch. Please reply to jwong@blgcanada.com by Monday, October 1, 2007 to register for this meeting so that we can ensure that we have enough food for everyone.
